I don’t generally think about the upvote button, but sometimes I will search a topic and find an answer from years ago that is very informative or puts me on a path to the answer.Even though you may not get votes, there may be someone that finds your post super helpful, whether it’s today or a couple years down the road.I have thought about creating one of those copy and paste posts that provides links to other people asking the question “I live out of state and my mailman’s sister’s brother has a friend whose co-worker said that Texas is the number 1 place to buy property, what is the market like in Texas?”

Like Mark Allen said there are a reason why is sitting on the market for a while.

@Mark Holencik I think he meant should he get a real estate agent license in the state he is looking to invest in.

I recently hit the 3 year mark of being tobacco free.Immediately I didn't even question the possibility that the evaporation/aerosol inhalation of two of the most commonly encountered food, cosmetic, and hygiene chemicals, glycerin and propelyne glycol, would be harmful whatsoever.I heard the hype, I asked doctors. 

This is the Village's way of encouraging owner occupied properties, but misses the mark (as do many of their attempts at reform).
