Hey BP, I'm new to REI. I don't know what area I will be investing in. Is it beneficial to get my sellers lic in the place I live or should I wait to get it in the place I will invest (if the state is near me)?

@Erik Snipas yes I meant to say a agents license. @Mark Holencik I was looking to have it

  1.  for my knowledge
  2. because of the advantages spoken about on the BP podcast.

Keep in mind I'm totally new to RE and REI.

Thanks guys!
