I think his worst problems were a dead body, an overdose, and walking on an intruder on drugs.

I spend 6 hours a month  looking at 3 different credit card accounts, 3 different checking accounts, scanning receipts, tracking mileage  and filling in  Excel income and expense sheets. 

And the other big thing is the damage my body has taken from being so sedentary at a desk.

Scan those lists in the markets that interest you and look to see who the buyers and sellers are.
