Money is needed to invest more
Hey bp people. I am a small investor with one sfh. And I have flipped 3 properties. I am a Lic general contractor so it has always seems easy to fix any home for me. Currently I have a sfh in Anaheim and will be put back on the market in October. I want to start brrrr in Beakersfield area (where my other property is at and current cash flow is $400). But most of my money is tight up in Anaheim. So I want to know how does private money works? I hear people talk about points and stuff. Can anybody enlight me on the subject and if you any body that does private money??
