But then again, more reason to get a good website, so all the potential "success cold call receivers" / DMM receivers, would fill in your form without waiting for someone to have to call them or send them a mailer.It was quite difficult for me to try to write this so you can see what point I am trying to make... but to recap...I feel like almost everyone sees "this" marketing as some magic thing that magically works/ or not based on weird tricks and rituals, I don;t know... pour some virgin goat blood on a mailer and spit on it 3 times and that should get people to respond favorably to your marketing efforts.It is seriously quite easy.

Yes you can charge the tenant for the repairs, but they are LOW INCOME, so good luck trying to get blood out of a rockA good property manager (us) is a lot like insurance: you don't need us when everything is going fine, but when everything goes south, because you didn't have time to keep tabs on everything, then a good PM is worth every penny you pay them:)

As it is for us, with no kids, we'll be forced to go to Amex, and then Citi, all sorts of different cards, all sorts of online accounts to change over, all sorts of web interface quirks and problems for each, all sorts of customer service quirks for each account...just too much baloney for our blood and too much risk of something going sideways and all the balls in the air to come crashing down.
