He had just retired from United after a long career working his way up from engineer to co pilot to capitan on ( at the time state of the art 747 400 )  and we were talking about the strikes that would happen in the airlines.. so the pilots who are totally pro union ( most of them anyway)  ALPA is super strong ..

Frontier airlines, usually a 3 hour layover but super cheap if you stash your backpack under the front seat and don't care about sitting in the back.

In the case of structural wood (studs, sill plates, headers, wood framing, etc.) that has mold, it is best to HEPA vacuum, then wipe with a solution of mild soap (dish soap) and water.

(You have to spend time with your mgr each month doing a brief review, even if nothing has happened).Understand that this statement was totally made in a vacuum (which we obviously don't exist in) and doesn't take into account the delta of risk associated with getting burned by a bad manager, bad vendors, etc.
