It's mainly a PMS but we use their free website tool for direct bookings. 

They told me that I can ask to increase rent ( their website says up to 9.2%) after a year.

You can check out the NBOA website for one list of groups that are quite active.

You should consult an attorney or CPA for your specific situation.ANONYMITY: When you create the LLC, your name is recorded on the documents and published on the Secretary of State's website for all to see.

Where are some places (apps, trusted websites, booklets, ect.)that I can find commercial and residential properties?

You can usually find this information (taxes) on your local auditor's website.
