Most criminals defrauded the IRSI wonder what would happen if the people who combined lost like $2M all sent 1099's to him-I bet that would wake up the IRS but not sure if it would impact their claim later on.

The Payment is not an issue but I’ve just never done owner financing and someone suggested this method as a way to acquire section 8 homes in low crime areas.  

When I see these new posters do nothing but recommend the same company in every post and not participate on the site in any other way, I get very suspicious.If you newbies have affiliations with these companies you're promoting, I suggest you disclose it.

Personally, if you don't need to use that equity as a down payment towards a new primary home, I'd suggest keeping it as a rental!

I wonder how much $ he made referring people to 5 points (which seems to have been a crappy company to refer people to if it's true that their license is suspended).

I recently bought a house with an "illegal" apartment in Jersey City, and I am wondering if we can move in there ourselves to save money.
