Single Family Home is going to be better than any condo situation from my experience.If you are looking in southwest FL area by Tampa, Bradenton, Indian Rocks, Cape Coral I could help with your search.

I could be wrong, because Mosley park is so close to Just Us and some other areas  in southwest Atlanta that haven't quite seen the growth.

We are in southwest Michigan on Lake Michigan, but there are many shoreline towns along the lake that do well!

By the way, I'm in Sugarland, TX so preferably someone on the southwest side if possible.

There are a lot of new developments in both the North West and South West. 

Ball State rentals are great, but you will pay high prices for them.There is a tech park being built in Muncie's west side and Anderson is rumored to get a Amazon-only airport to its southwest.
