I am looking to build a team in Cincinnati, Ohio for buy and hold rentals and I wanted to see if anyone had any recommendations for any of the following. Any help would be much appreciated.
Property managers
Realtors (investor friendly of course)
Contractors and/or handyman and/or tradespeople
wholesalers
lenders
local attorneys
