You don't own the electricity itself until it goes through the meter, though.)My only concern is the renter tripping GFCI's and calling every time - I guess it is easy enough to just tell them to reset.I don't yet know for sure if it helps or not, but I gave my tenants a 3-ring binder with copies of all the appliance manuals in it.
