Hi Jim,I want to thank you for all the great information you post on this forum.I was re-reading this thread and you talked about asking the park managers for any abandoned homes that you could acquire by bonding for title.

There is so much to learn in these books that I constantly re-read them.One gem (and there are many gems) from Networking with the Affluent was to pick an industry or two to focus your marketing.

Reread the article that you linked to.

@Karen Margrave I will need to re read the guide again.

If anyone experienced in RE reading this see some flaws in this analysis I would appreciate if you comment, as I am planning on making one or two of this deals every year for maybe 5 years, thinking in the long run for them to be paid when I am 45 years old.

I have loved real estate since I was in high school and over the years read and re-read book after book.

I'll re-read it to get a "visual" of what your system looks like.

As I reread this post I realize how far we too have come.Good times!
