@Jay Hinrichs The Dallas market can actually have some huge appreciation gains depending on where you live.I grew up in Frisco Tx and my parents bought a house in a new neighborhood for $220,000 and sold it for $310,000 6 years later in 06.

well there are only about 20 million undeveloped parcels of land in CA.. can you be a little more specificI grew up in the land business in CA and have a better than passing knowledge on the subject if you want to drill down a little..

LOL... now maybe when the politicos can't get their bottle of Silver Oak or Screaming Eagle they will take note.. but Trump does not abide so he does not care LOL.When I grew up in Cupertino as kids we cut apricots picked cherries etc etc.in Oregon folks my age used to pick berries  Blue  Bosyn black you name it.now get a 16 YO off his smart phone or computer game and put him or her out in the fields..
