People will still be taking vacations and DW will still be popular.I participate in a number of other non-real estate forums and the corona virus is a topic and just about everyone is still doing their vacations, even cruises.

If an investor participates in the rehab of a property but not in the management is that considered active?

I plan on visiting and participating pretty frequently on BP over the next several months and beyond.
