Here’s my possibly crack pot idea, I have a multi family with some land behind it, and am thinking about seeing if some one would like to build there for some sort of partnership, maybe mini storage or another multi family.

I love the diversification that stocks provide so I try to avoid touching that pot of money if possible. 

My safety net is my income and cash flow from real estate.

Kitchenware, coffee pot, spaghetti strainer, wine or bottle opener, fast WiFi, comfortable beds, smart TVs, etc.  

Denver and Colorado have solidified themselves as the pioneers in the pot industry and I think MMJ companies and entrepreneurs will continue to come to Colorado for these opportunities.

Stephen,We do not prohibit our tenants from using candles or from burning incense, but both are a concern.The incense is often to cover the smell of pot.
