Looks like las vegas has more job growth besides just the casinos.

There is an ever growing hospital, another stable hospital, casino, aviation business, manafacturing facilities... you name it.

Some internet searching brought us to BP and saved us from that mistake. 

(wholesale to cash buyer, cash buyer does bond for deed with you)I'm sure there are more options... just can't think of them off the top of my head... but a good internet (and BP) search should turn up a few more... 

The town has cable, high speed Internet etc...  

Although this isn't the ideal situation, thank goodness for the internet!

I have been scouring the internet and testing out some marketing strategies looking for my first deal with no luck so far, but I am committed and determined. 

By success, I mean real millionaires and multi-millionaires, not TV or internet millionaires.  

You really need to speak to your broker before attempting to "wholesale" properties, don't get carried away with stuff you find on the internet!

Once I used google chrome instead of windows internet explorer it worked perfect.
