I honestly couldn't imagine having 4 rental properties like you. 

Or maybe it's because of the age of the property which is built in the 1920s, but many homes in my market are built during that era so I can't imagine the whole city paying these astronomical policy fees. 

In most cases I can't imagine why this would be necessary.

Once the water softener is plugged back in, just pour a couple of capfuls of vinegar in the bowl, let it sit a few hours and then you should be golden. 

As an independent, I can write whatever deal you can imagine so long as it’s ethical and legal.

I imagine the fees could eat you alive with multiple accounts, but being I am totally new at this, I'm not sure what is the best method.Thank you for your time, knowledge and advice in advance.  

I would urge you to treat your rentals as you imagine a large conglomerate would treat them.
