I’m just starting out and going to take RE courses to get my license in CA...any suggestions as to what is a good course online or in person class I can enroll in?

They do not need to be a CPA, they could be an Enrolled Agent (EA) or an attorney.

I enrolled in both the 25K and the inner circle.

I'll say I lurked until I was sure the site was genuine - I've been tired of getting my hopes up of finding a helpful online community, only to see you have to pay in order to do the most basic functions, enroll in a "program: or some sort of scam.

I just want to clarify I am not bashing any CPA, I am simply asking everyone to make sure they protect themselves by using someone who is truly knowledgeable in tax.I am a tax accountant and Enrolled Agent.

@Tony Rosa  I would enroll in a class for getting your RE license even if you don't use it.. it will give you a foundation to work from that will help you better understand how Real estate works and the terminology.. you can get class's very cheap these days.
