There is a risk factor associated with the HOA and neighbours, mainly being owners, generally dislike renters and are usually justified in their feelings.

I really dislike the term "warzone."

I have considered joining EO in the past and it always came back to not being able to stand some of the "requirements" and how important money and material things seemed to be to most of the people I met (I know this is an unfair statement to the whole organization and I have some good friends in it..again..I am very much a contrarian and dislike structure imposed by others, which is why I started my own business.Sorry for the long rant.
