Not enough info to guesstimate your bath remod, you can get used toilets, vanities, newer faucets and tubs newer than what you have at bargin places or you could spend 100+K with electric toilet seats, and video systems in the showers....Go shopping and see what decor you want and price the items.

Julie Mcneeley we usually get quotes from lumber liquidators, HD and there are often local lumber yards, second hand stores or wholesale types stores that are locally based.We also use floor and decor for our tile and sometime laminate.

When I drive by the houses where I sent the letters, there are no notices on the doors, and most of them look like they are perfectly normal, (shoveled sidewalks, nice landscaping, Xmas decorations installed during the season, etc.)
