Tony Fendi would it be possible to get coffee together sometime?

I was going to pay the full asking price because 1) the numbers still worked and 2) like you mentioned, very little inventory to shop around  

That was my clue to purchase rentals because they were renting very quickly and leaving very little time to shop around.

It’s a monthly invitational type meeting where seasoned investors get together to talk shop.

How many people are you meeting, face to face, over a coffee/lunch/etc. every day?

If you are interested please let me know and ill try to coordinate getting us into an existing real estate group or scheduling a coffee to get to know each other. 

I never shopped from ULine so I don't know that personally but I have heard there name thrown around a couple times in similar discussions. 

We will be meeting @9am Ryan Bros Coffee in Temecula at 9:00am on Sept 10th on the patio outside.

I'm also in Waukesha as it turns out, so if you want to meet for coffee sometime I'd totally be up for it- change of pace from the normal 68th and Wells...
