Had a couple years in between Moto shops that I worked for Western Nevada Supply, and that really opened my eyes to real estate.

Can you imagine a whole shopping center with Safeway, Grocery Outlet, Hair Solone, McDonald's, Tire Shop, Auto parts store, your friendly real estate office, etc all GONE with all the residences houses full of memories and the roofs over everyone around their head is/could be GONE in a matter of a few minutes.

Maybe take the family clothes shopping once in while as well....where does it stop.

But for $0k you can get another pre-qual from another lender, and since they're going to want "steal" your business from a competitor, they might be willing to give you much better terms.I hear one lender on the radio saying everybody should talk to more than one lender, and let them know you're shopping the loan around.

I used the CE shop which was fine, they also have specials frequently so I would wait until one of those pops up. 

If he shops at Home Depot or Lowes alot likely the people at the Pro sales counter will have things to say about him one way or the other.  2.
