I’m signed up for a few workshops.

I went to Jon and Stephanie ‘s weekend work shop in Little Rock Arkansas it was amazing.

Should I do a month to month storage unit lease agreement laying out the ground rules like not disturbing the tenants and using it as a workshop?

The first seminar was intriguing but the workshop was too expensive.  

I've never attended a seminar, workshop or bought a course over a few hundred bucks and I'm making a huge income. once you have the basics down, you need to learn a little on negotiation/acquisition, test lists, meet buyers and learn how to scale your business and who and what makes a team so you're not a slave to your business. let them do it for you and you make the money. but REI Vault is basically a "business in a box" and that box is podio that comes already set up for a real estate investor, which is a big plus!

Even at all the workshops I speak at someone always come up with this question.

I want to attend local workshops around the area.
