My daughter is running beauty parlor since last two years. Now she is planing to extend it but the problem is coming from finance side. We have also applied for loan with banks but they refused. What mode should I app...

But we have came across our first road block.This is what is happening 12/3/15 we hired an architect that was referred to us by a real estate agent (which we do not know or have ever done business with, we got his number from a sign realtors put up on properties he sells acre lots and offers to design your custom home as well, his sign was up in the community where we bought our acre) so we called him and he told us of the architect he works with and who has done the design for the majority of the homes there, well they are beautiful homes so we called him up and met with him on 12/3/15 at his home office.

I find that tenants respect a property a lot more when it is in good shape.Can you turn a place in over night, sure, but I do not believe you will get the highest rent when the property is not up to snuff.The beauty of this entire thread and original question is that you can make you lease any way you want.

I have witnessed many of my friends sell their houses at a loss because they were scared to deal with the management of their property; and I have seen others waste their housing allowance because of the uncertainty of how long they would be stationed at a particular base.
