Market of the Moment: We had a small increase in inventory last week, celebrate the small victories!

Getting upset about it or taking it as a personal offense does nothing to resolve the situation.

Even parking in the wrong spots can upset your neighbors.

No money + No understanding of how to buy with no money = wasting agents time.Sure you may learn a lot about things by "jumping in", but if you are acting like something you aren't (fake it till you make it) you will upset A LOT of peoples time.Figure out how to do what you want before asking others to be part of it, on their dime.

Small victory but nice nonetheless.    

If I sound upset, its because I get an ever increasing number of calls and texts per day from wholesalers bothering me.

If not, I think it will lead to a lot more issues in the relationship over time (ie. not spending enough time with her or family, upset that you have to deal with real estate issues during evenings etc.)
