The obvious reason is NWF is becoming associated with the tourist destination moniker.

It's a pretty big tourist location. 

And a big tourist town (Branson MO) There is a Tyson plant located within 15 minutes.

I would say it’s probabky a bit quirky if you aren’t too familiar with the Mormon church but it’s a decent tourist attraction that will help you understand the history of UT and a bit of the culture as the LDS population is probably at least half of the whole state’s pop.

The beachfront (19th floor) condo, currently a studio but is big enough to be converted into a 1BR, is located in Luquillo, which is surrounded by PR's biggest tourist attractions.

Tourists hit the gas stations, cafe and grocery stores. 

I asked my previous question because the town I live in is not exactly a tourist town and neither is it a center for industry.

I'm sure if you find something closer to the historic Plaza (tourist area) or the spa or ski area (in the mountains), and you can find it cheap enough, then you may be able to make it work.

I live about 2 hours away from an area that was just named one of the top ten tourist destinations for vacation rental cabins.
