I could go on and on about how awesome building your business credit is but truth is it's still new to me and I could use a lot more knowledge (hint hint).

Here is another hint.

I have had to evict particularly messy tenants who didn't take a hint when I directly warned them.

It may be a hint that the property is overpriced or the property could potentially have some issues, but everyone has a different buying criteria.

There are a good number of duplexes in the area, and demographics and the projected growth of the area (with businesses coming to town and other staple businesses in the area growing) seem to hint that duplexes would be a great investment.
