In your own words, what's the difference between a real estate investor and a real estate entrepreneur?

More importantly, you're thinking like an employee instead of an entrepreneur.

Government funded vs. private funded....But then, that's why we're all independant investors and entrepreneurs right?

For the last 2.5 years I worked for a land development/construction company until I was recently laid off.I have an inner entrepreneur that is dying to bust out and take my experience to the next level.

That woman is on social security, on section 8, and uses food stamps.

You know you're a real estate investor when it's 3 a.m. and you're on Bigger Pockets because you don't have to report to a job tomorrow :D Man I need a social life.....
