Walk around smiling because you know you have this thing (this one makes it arrive faster because think about it, if I just got paid for a deal I did I don't care wha bad things people may say or think of me, I JUST MADE $50K OFF OF ONE DEAL!!)

What striked almost immediately was the atmosphere in the room: everyone was super friendly, willing to help one another, people were actually smiling, willingly sharing their challenges, and making suggestions to one another as to how to overcome such challenges. 

I would love to know from this amazing community here if you have any areas in the country you find particularly attractive and why they work so well for you.If you're willing to share your stories, you'll make me smile (consider this your good deed of the day) and I'm sure many others on here will smile back at you too (multiple good deeds in one day!).

Are they smiling and enjoying themselves or is it chaos and frustration?  

Focus on your numbers and if the deal works for you then smile and say thanks.

Good thing he didnt ask to see ALEX in Jeans and a white t shirt...........hahahahaha.If money is the end game i think with that smile Alex could make way more concentrating in Million dollar buys and sells!

As to kids it's been a wild ride so far with my son (at least he sleeps through the first half of the night now :P) but when he laughs or smiles (with no teeth) it's really something!
