Finally, we accept cash but it has to be paid through a vendor for a fee and then gets sent to me via ACH so I'm not technically accepting cash in my office.And I should add that my intent is to simplify the receipt process and ensure the payment is valid as quickly as possible, but I'm also trying to give my tenants as many choices as possible so it's easy for them to pay.
