I was worried it may be a scam (I've come across so many in my real estate research) but of course found it is not.

A junker with no equity and hidden title problems, or  a scam from a pump and dump rent to own outfit wanting to saddle you with massive debt service.  

I started a mailing campaign and when I got that first call I was shocked because I didn't think it was going to work but also I didn't want people think I was trying to scam them or get over them.  

Has anyone heard of these type of scams? 

Warning:  All the "gmail support" phone numbers/companies you find online are scams...phishing, hijacking, selling you uselss security crap, whatever. 

Please help me flag a ripped off rental listing before someone gets scammed, see fraudulent listing below.

Is anyone out there know about him and if so does he back up what he says or is he a scam?

I haven't been scammed or done a bad deal because of a bad agent,  for the record.  

When it came time to get keys she said that there were evictions on both of our credit reports (which there are not) so we thought she was scamming us, we put a stop payment on all of the checks and investigated our credit reports ourselves.
