Some people are sober, or in recovery and walkikng into a house alone with alcohol can be a huge issue for them.

I have reviewed their site and I do think they have a set of robust analytics and I give them an A for at least trying to provide a high level of info. and data on an ongoing basis.  

There's a big learning curve but the reporting function, among others, is extremely robust.

Let them fill it out even though I know before they apply they haven't met my criteria of not showing up under the influence of drugs or alcohol. 

I don't know from personal experience, but I have geen told by other users that the online versions of TurboTax may not have as robust a guided interview as the downloadable desktop versions.It also is not clear why you are being asked if you materially participated. 

A robust blood supply is important to the community.

I currently use one that does the job on small properties but I'm sure there are more detailed, robust software or excel sheets 

Thanks for the update Mitch.So, a grinder pump is fairly robust, but like any appliance, they wear out.
