Another Tax Question

I've been using Turbotax for years but it no longer supports my situation.  I completed two flips then rented the homes.  Turbotax asked if I "materially participated" and I said yes, but they don't support this scenario.

Is there any software which supports material participation?

Thank you everyone.

Darrell,

I suggest that you should consider using qualified tax professional. I know that you are trying to save a few bucks by doing it yourself, however the tax savings that good accountant can help you achieve would be well worth their fee.

There are several experts here on the forum who specialize working with real estate investors, here are couple names for you:

@Brandon Hall, @Michael Plaks, @Nicholas Aiola
