I currently have two VA loans and looking to use my VA entitlements again in the future but have a question: What happens to my entitlements if I refinance out of the first VA loan, apply for a one time restoration of benefits while keeping the second home on the VA loan?

Other than that, I think perhaps the only other thing that I have heard of is applying for a one-time restoration of benefits.If you haven’t used your VA loan yet, then the later advice might not be relevant, so the house hack option might be fair game.

PartIals can also be sold as splits - where the buyer receives a portion of each payment and you retain the rest, or in other was as well.
