A vinyl U Channel is stapled to the underside of the outside wall that the sheet (cut to size - 1" below grade and 1/2" below lower wall.

I have seen a room built that simply took in an existing above grade window and built a closet which worked fine in a basement and it was not permitted (permit not pulled), the sheetrock had to be cut for an electrical inspection, it passed, it was approved with some money.

I started asking questions about the grading on the back side of the buildings, areas only accessible on foot and the mud was a little over ankle deep.

It is often difficult to tell what someone is saying in their text because they seem to have third grade educations.

That leaves foundations and possibly several feet of solid concrete below grade level that supported the tower.

Forget the windows update the kitchen and bath as needed but do not use the cheapest grade product that you can get.

Another issue to consider is if you have any bedrooms that are below grade (most of the room is located below ground).

There are garages very close to the Weichert Office, but if you're going to be making that trip 30-40 times for class it will probably add up quickly.As far as finding a broker - I'd recommend making a list of what's important to you, and then grading them by that list.

They slap some new paint and steam clean the carpet and put it on the market where I'll use higher grade paint that is professionally painted ( at a good price) and put down laminate/hardwoods and upgrade or replace the central/heat air.
