Depending on the answers above, your might want the easement to belong to the property and enure in perpetuity (if the neighbour is granting the easement to you or the driveway equally straddles both properties).

The challenge in southern CA is Hispanic nepotism, La Raza movement is alive and well, or not speaking Manderin Chinese, its increasingly a requirement sadly.So yeah, I won't quit looking for the right opportunity in sales, like solar, or getting a cushy government job with benefits, but the private sector has a big fat target on human labor due largely in part to the Affordable Care Act requirements.

There is a push by the city for revitalization in the area, and I am hoping to support the movement by supplying quality, updated homes for sale and/or rent.I know the return is there no matter what letter of the alphabet the neighborhood is classified in :).

That’s about 9 percent of the county’s 1.88 million total.But only 7 percent of those delinquent properties -- 11,780 -- were able to attract a buyer at the county auction, the analysis showed.The remaining 150,000 properties — in arrears on property taxes in perpetuity because their bills are so high as to deem them unwanted — represent yet another warning of sorts for Cook County politicians who believe they can tax and spend with impunity.In south suburban Ford Heights, Cook County Treasurer records show 47 percent of property owners didn’t pay their property taxes in 2018 -- 1,070 out of 2,274.Nine of the 1,070 attracted a buyer at auction.
