@Jalen Chanthaboury congrats on your store and getting into real estate. take a look at owner financing. an owner will not pour through your taxes and bank accounts and job history like a bank will. you eventually will need to refi out of the owner finance arrangement to more permanent financing with a bank. at that point you will need steady income to show them etc. however, it gets you in the door. i’ve done it a few times. happy to explain it more. just message me if you want.

Since that tiny house isn't a permanent structure and you aren't trying to subdivide the lot why not just go to the building dept to add the water lines , utilities and build a fence with their blessing?

It has electric but no plumbing and it is attached to 116 at the roof line and the electric is also joined to 116. 114 is also bundled into the lease for 116.116   is a approximate 1100 Square foot Double wide trailer that is permanently mounted onto a concrete block foundation. 116 has a concrete driveway that is also a boat ramp that goes into the canal that leads to Sound. 116 has had many renovations done.
