Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $68,000
Cash invested: $60,000

This was a property that used the BRRRR method. Purchase from a wholesaler, rehabbed, rented, refinanced. Currently rented at the top of the rent value for the market. Having a sharp interior and close priximity to schools, major artery roads, etc. helped maximize this property.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Buy and hold property in a convenient area.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Directly from a wholesaler.

How did you finance this deal?

Purchased with short term financing and then refinanced with permanent financing after rehab was complete.
