They peel after a year or two. 

The sound is really loud, and no amount of fan or white noise can mask it. my landlord is a property management company and their approach has been to ignore me so far.

Find a problem property on the market that has been sitting for months or years, peel the onion with the owner and get them to like you....Frank

Full body hazmat suits with masks (I know it's hot and sweaty but you need).

I have found some now though that do great deals so I will continue to use them although I am always keeping my eyes open and ears peeled for anything better.

I was a newbie at the time and put my website on the signs and didn't know anything about masking my site at that time! 

At $0.50/sqft, I've used peel-and-stick vinyl planks in small areas.

Lead safe means we didn't find any peeling paint, or lead dust at this point in time.  

So the different sheen could make it look darker/lighter depending on the lighting in the roomI made the mistake of painting the top part of my entire bathroom with paint samples, only to find it peeling later because paint samples have lower quality materials

Assure the tenant that the appraiser will be wearing a mask and gloves for everyone's safety, and verify that will be the case with the lender/appraiser.
