given that you are active in this community, i've read a lot of your posts, and i really like how you run the whole biggerpockets site, my address was more of a casual, friend-like approach, and i was unaware that addressing by last name was only for subordinates or close friends. and i have now been made me aware of an offline habit that needs to correct course!

So I call ADT, tell them what happened, and they said the tech that installed the Safeguard did it improperly because the alarm should never go offline even if the wires are cut.
