You can spend hundreds of thousands on large developments that you never buy.

They do not want to work from home every day, but also do not want to make the long commute to the office.Thus, it seems to me that there is good reason to believe that small office spaces, including for small local/regional firms, services firms, and co-working spaces near large suburbs will see a steady increase in demand with little net new supply for the next several years. 

It was part of a large portfolio fo properties that hit the market.

As competition heated up more buyers were willing to buy the odball stuff and large liens.

Thanks for the response I should have made myself more clear plan on posting it for sale in FB groups for STR owners and sellers as there seems to be a large of people looking for off and on market properties there hopefully can get lucky and find someone serious.

Brown field is approved for a many year upgrade with a very large total budget.
