So now we have conditioned when a person leverages self to the gill's, taken on mountains of debt and the grand some of there career is waiting tables or making coffee and some toilet-paper degree that a bajillion others also have, and maybe a few years experience at best. 

If you hired a painting contractor to paint a room, that MIGHT include them moving all the furniture, covering it etc to protect it.

Or at least DM me info about the property, the address, condition, how many rooms in each unit.

I don't think the room entry door's position/inswing will impede either kind of closet door.Thanks in advance for your input.

Added an additional kitchen downstairs with family room and two bedrooms.

If I bought something for a specific reason on one of the units I put those materials toward that one where possible even if it could be argued that it was a general expense (like buying 5 gallons of paint for one project and using 2 gallons left over to paint a single room later at another property). 

Usually, I rent my rooms for long-term rentals with a minimum 6-month lease.

Well then how am I going to rent the rooms out of the property while I live there?

I want to house hack and rent all of the rooms out (since with an FHA Loan I have to be a primary resident I cannot rent the whole house out).
