Brandon talks really fast and the worksheet would freeze my computer so i struggled.

Last year we got them good enough to not freeze at -10, this year we had more work to keep them working at -25. 

I just wasn't planning to do it in such circumstances, when it's freezing outside and my tenant spends a night without any heating, with the possibility of pipes freezing....plus to pay a top price for it... when the furnace is perfectly fine to make it through the winter. 

Plus we were looking for plumbers right during the freeze in Houston.

It will also need to be winterized every fall, which is a maintenance hassle and could be a plumbing catastrophe if the pipes freeze.

Meaning if it gets below freezing we have canned template emails.

To be honest with you, the layoffs and pay freezes will give pause to large home purchases that that segment of the population would make in a great oil price environment.

Any recommendations on something that would give the polished finished feel of an indoor floor, stand up to the snow and freezing weather, and ideally not be super cold to the touch?
