I have not posted in a long time, but have been very busy with both my real estate projects (I consider myself an entrepreneur more so than an investor) and my family and 'real' job.

and the all possibilities which they themselves don't have because they don't reach outside their comfort zone.You gotta get comfortable being on the road less travelled.You gotta stop seeking the larger "packs" and instead seek out the other "lone wolves" and join their (much smaller) "pack".Even BP focuses too much on the nuts-and-bolts and not enough on building the crafts- and business-people - entrepreneurs - and building their "Why".

Over time things will evolve and smart entrepreneurs will figure it out.  

I am an entrepreneur who is also an interdisciplinary designer & marketing consultant.

With the right tools and resources entrepreneurs can get access to growth capital much easier than they ever could before.

A true entrepreneur is always ready to pick themselves back up and learn from their mistakes.  

I can also be a resource for new investors as I am interested in mentoring serious entrepreneurs that want to grow and learn.
