Hello BP,I have been on BP for about a month now and I have enjoyed listening to the podcasts, learning as much as possible.  

G'Day everyone,There is a rule of life and it goes like this:“Give others what they want and you will get what you want”As corny as this might sound but I have always enjoyed giving more than I do receiving.

If they are smoking pot in your unit the smell can soak into the walls and carpet which can drive down the resale value and chase away a lot of good future renters.

Then I saw a review claiming the positive reviews were all smoke and mirrors and that they basically make people go around placing "We buy ugly houses" signs everywhere and it's not very legit Does anybody have any experience with this company?

And if I do will I ever be able to use it for personal enjoyment.

The seller is taking a second position and loves the fact that I will be sending her a check every month as she sits on the beach and enjoys her retirement.
