My suggestion is to invest in your business and get expert legal and accounting advice.Sorry I don't recall his name, my appoligies to him, but there is a mortgage compliance company individual who has posted here, I'm not endorsing any company but there are companies that specialize in setting up lending compliance operations.In my examination experience I have never seen any lender who was ever in total compliance in all areas of thier operations.

I do not endorse or suggest any other course but his....like I said I have seen them all because I am a constant student and I have yet to see anything better...Ultimately, do not be a professional student or like a college grad who spent 4 years getting a degree to only wind up a waiter or waitress, because you do not apply what you learned.

NOT one thing in his blog post about be ethical honest and helping the seller it was all about how you can tie up property with no money no intent to close personally and the heck with the seller.. that was one crummy piece of advice in my opinion and I am shocked that BP management let it be on their site.. no wonder there are legions of these folks out there.. they think BP is some endorsement of all these individuals that make these posts..
