I have been to 16 of the 31 (32 including CD de Mex) states in Mexico during 17 different trips there, I speak fluent Spanish, and I lived there for 2+ years.

As @Andrew Kerr mentioned, you should declutter and de-personalize the space.

You will see it will end up being a de facto mandatory "GOVERNMENT" option.

I signed up for a seminar (April 30 Tampa, FL).I imagine that all these opportunities are the "different aspects of real estate" that one can consider lucrative but does that not de-focus  the investor from finding deals or does this also spread risk similar to diversifying a financial portfolio with stocks and other financial investments?
