Although I am thinking about trying to change zoning and rebuild it into either condos or apartments if I have to demo it.I have heard the costs are about $40-60 sq. ft. to rehab, $13,000-$30,000 for demo and $70-130 sq. ft. for building.

Only really an issue if you plan on doing some serious demo/remodel.- I think they may have used gyp board with asbestos.

I think it can be kind of a yin and yang thing.When someone asks about how specific deals went down a response could be " Hey I do not feel I need to tell you that " OR " Hey I would love to share how my latest deal went down here are the specifics "I did take a look at Justin's website briefly and there are some podcasts and other things on there.I particularly like another flippers format in exact details on deals done with spreadsheets posted to their website .
