Before you jump 2 feet into the Real Estate Investing world, I challenge you to find a balance of continuing your drive toward real estate while improving your position at your current role.

The other big issue about being an "investor-friendly" agent is that investors expect the agent to chase their tail by driving around looking at every potential home the investor sees on Zillow and then make a bajillion low-ball offers for them "just to see if they stick".

I admit that the allure of interest-only payment to drive insane profitability from cash flows is attractive; however, I don't see a standard process that the lender follows, but it may just be the affiliate/broker representing them who isn't very formal.
