I am a currently a graphic designer by trade, with several online shops that are my main income in the mean time.

It's still possible to buy a cute house here in a decent neighborhood if you make $50K - $70K a year.   

I was shocked by the feedback - "This home is so cute", "It's nicer than the other places we visited", and "It has a nice flow into the kitchen".
